Sick Kids Fundraiser
Sloane W. was diagnosed with Acute B-Cell Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) back in July of 2020, and has battled Cancer for over half of her life.
This year, as the Leadership class steps in to help run our annual "Trojan in Sports Day" to empowHer + foster confidence, leadership, and athleticism in young girls, we will also be raising vital funds for Sick Kids Hospital ❤️
🎗️ Our goal is to raise $5,000 to support Sick Kids, a beacon of hope for children who have battled with Cancer like Sloane. Sloane's journey reminds us why our support is so crucial. At Sick Kids Hospital, the children’s oncology unit alone sees roughly 275 new cancer cases annually.
Despite being one of the country’s largest charities, Sick Kids relies on our support to continue its life-saving work. With a new hospital in the works, equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and amenities, Sick Kids is poised to transform the lives of countless children and families in need.
Sloane's resilience and the unwavering support, care, treatment, and empathy of Sick Kids has not only saved her life but also inspired countless others.
